Terms of Use

DO NOT USE THIS app and SITE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEEDS.
This app is only bridge between patient & health service providers.

  • Parghor (Health home Cure Service) is owned and operated by Parghor Group. Parghor makes this
    site available for the sole purpose of facilitating communications between health services providers
    and patients who choose to use the online Health Cure service.
  • Interaction with health services provider (parghor) is not intended to take the place of your
    consultant doctor.
  • Parghor is not licensed to practice medicine and does not render medical care or medical advice.
    This app does not recommend or endorse any specific providers, tests, medications, products or
    procedures. Pharghor will act according the prescription prescribe by your doctor.
  • Parghor is only the communication tools between the patient and our service providers. You will
    be provided with a list of health services providers based on your selection criteria that you selected
    and on availability of services providers.
  • This app is not responsible in case of accident if occurred during/ after procedure because the
    services providers follows the prescription.
  • You are responsible for your own communications using parghor. You may not:
  • communicate material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or
    embarrassing to any person or entity;
  • communicate a sexually explicit image;
  • communicate chain letters or pyramid schemes;
  • impersonate another person; or
  • Violate the Children’s Privacy Protection Act.
  • You will be informed of the fee to be charged when you select a health services provider. Fees may
    vary from area to area.
  • The mode of payment:
  • The estimation cost will be informed to you at the time of booking.
  • Payment: Cash pay, through credit card payment or online in bank account.
  • You will not be able to use Parghor if the credit card information you provide is inaccurate or if
    your credit card is declined.
  • No charge will be incurred in case of any connection disruption or you cancel the booking within
    three minutes. Thereafter, if there is an interruption in your connection, but your selected provider
    remains connected, the stated charge will still be made. In the event the selected provider loses the
    connection at any point in the visit, a charge shall be incurred. You will not pay less amount to service
    provider then show in app.
  • You are solely responsible for all fees associated with your use of the Parghor online Health Cure
    communication tool. It is your right, If your paid more amount than the estimated cost. Parghor will
    refund the difference back to your credit card / wallet.
  • Your username and password (collectively, the “Password”) will allow you to access the Parghor
    Health cure communication tool. You are solely responsible for controlling your Password, and
    Parghor is not responsible if your pass and ID being used by another. You are responsible for all
    activities that occur under your Password.
  • Parghor may terminate any user’s right to use this app at any time. Parghor reserves the right to
    block, delete or stop the communications that it in its sole discretion finds unacceptable for any
    reason.
  • We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of information given by the health Personnel’s. We
    encourage you to review the privacy practices of our app.
  • This app is not intended to use children under the age of 18. Children under 18 must be enrolled on
    the app under their parent or guardian’s account as a dependent. Parents or guardians are solely
    responsible for being present with their minors Health cure communication tool.
  • You have not to access or use the Parghot Health Online communication tool for an unlawful or
    illegitimate purpose. You shall not attempt to disrupt the operation of the services or the Parghor
    Health Online system.
  • Parghor reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of Health Online
    Communication tolls.
  • Parghor may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of the services.
  • Parghor is responsible for maintaining data arising from use of the services, but does not warrant
    the accuracy or completeness of the data stored.
  • Parghor reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted
    or uploaded to the Online Communication system pursuant to its internal record retention and/or
    destruction policies.
  • Subject to these terms and the Health Online Communication User Agreement, Parghor hereby
    grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive rights to use the software,
    network facilities, content and documentation on and in the Health Communication Online App /
    website to the extent, necessary to access and use the Health Online communication tool for your
    personal use.

INDEMNIFICATION

  • Without limiting the generality or effect of other provisions of this Agreement, as a condition of
    use, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

  • Parghor may revise, modify or amend the information contained on this page at any time. Any such
    revision, modification or amendment shall be effective immediately upon either posting it to this app
    /web site or otherwise notifying you.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Parghor is based in Karachi, Pakistan makes no claims that the content and information included at
    this App/ site is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the Pakistan.
  • Parghor may without notice to you assign its rights and duties hereunder to any party at any time.
  • You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and client (Nurse, Attendance and
    Physiotherapy) in any way related to these terms of use shall be brought exclusively in a court of a
    competent jurisdiction sitting in Pakistan. Any cause of action or claim you may have there is not
    responsible the Parghor.

What information will Parghor collect?
Information may be collected:

  • You may elect to establish a user account. Name, CNIC, Age, address and Cell number.
  • Providing personal information through this app. additionally, personally identifiable information
    will not be collected from you without your knowledge and approval.

How will information collected about me be used?

  • Information you share with us will be used in a variety of ways that let us serve you better. We may
    also use this information to perform administrative, technical, hosting or other functions that help us
    manage our app and deliver new functionality to you.
  • We will not make your personal information available to your provider, unless you direct us to do
    so. All providers have represented to us that they will comply with all Federal and Provincial laws
    applicable to your interactions with them.
  • However, Parghor is not responsible for any violations of those laws by providers. Each time you
    choose a new provider, you will be given a copy of that provider’s Notice of Privacy Practice.
  • Following your interactions with providers, you may print the conversation record for your records
    and you may also send your information to us via email or mail.
  • We will not share your Personal Information with any other third parties without your express
    permission, except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement,
  • Your personal information will be stored in a secure manner. We have implemented a variety of
    commercially standard encryption and security technologies and procedures to protect your personal
    information stored in our computer systems from unauthorized access. We also maintain standard
    physical and electronic procedural safeguards the data.

Do Not Track Signals

  • We do not respond to app “do not track” signals. As such, your navigation of our map may be
    tracked as part of the gathering of quantitative user information described above.

  • If you want to disable or temporally block your account instead of deleting it. Your profile wan’t
    appear on Parghor while you are away.

    Forget passwordIf you continue, your profile and account details will be deleted on Date for 30 days. You
    won’t be visible on Parghor between and then. If you change your mind, you can log back in before
    the deletion date and choose to keep your account.
